What makes your products different?
Each Earthly Escentuals product is handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, plant-based ingredients. We focus on simplicity and nourishment — no harsh chemicals, no unnecessary fillers, just honest skincare rooted in nature.
Do your products help with eczema or sensitive skin?
While we don’t make medical claims, many customers with sensitive skin — including eczema — have found relief using our products. All formulas are made with gentle, moisturizing ingredients and no added harsh fragrances or dyes.
Are your products 100% natural?
We use natural ingredients wherever possible, including shea butter, sunflower oil, and botanical additives. Some scented products may include skin-safe, phthalate-free fragrance oils.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These natural differences are a reflection of the care and uniqueness behind each batch and do not affect product quality.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We’re happy to offer a replacement; however, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
